基于2009年到2011年上海ATP1000大师赛现场观众满意度数据,运用相关分析、回归分析及结构方程模型等方法,初步建构上海大师赛总体满意度影响因素模型,同时结合现场观众对大师赛各项服务满意度评价的分析,为提高现场观众总体满意度找出了改善重点。结果表明,官方网站信息服务、现场娱乐活动、现场餐饮服务是提高上海大师赛现场观众总体满意度的改善重点 |

Abstract: |
Based on the data of spectators’ satisfaction of Shanghai ATP Masters 1000 from 2009 to 2011, this paper initially constructs the influence factors model of overall spectators’ satisfaction of Shanghai ATP Masters 1000 by using relevant analysis, regression analysis, structural equation modeling and other methods. It also finds out the key aspects to improve the overall satisfaction of onsite spectators. The research findings shows that the information service of official website, onsite entertainment activities and onsite food and beverage service are the key issues for service improvement of the overall satisfaction of onsite spectators at Shanghai ATP Masters |
