高校有效体育教学之教师因素研究

摘要:
基于第八次课改与新时期高校体育教育的现实需要,对高校有效体育教学问题进行研究,重点关注影响高校有效体育教学的教师因素。认为,教学观念、学科教学知识、教学责任感、教学能力、教师主导作用的发挥、教学策略与方法、教学效能感和师德八个方面影响着教师的有效教学行为。体育教师应加强学习,提高自己的教学能力和教学效能感,建立良好的职业道德观;学校和有关部门应加强对体育教师的关注和扶持,为其进行有效体育教学提供良好的环境和条件

Study on Teachers Factors of the Effective Physical Education in Chinese Higher Educational Institutions

Abstract:
Based on the eighth curriculum reform in China and the realistic requirements of physical higher education in the new period, this paper studies the effective physical education in Chinese higher educational institutions, puts focus on the teachers factors affecting physical education. It proposes eight aspects which affects the effective teaching behaviors of teachers: teaching concept, teaching knowledge, teaching responsibility, ability of teaching, roleplaying of teachers’ dominance, teaching strategies and methods, teaching efficacy and teachers’ morality. PE teachers should strengthen their learning behaviors, improve their teaching abilities and senses of teaching efficiency, establish good occupational morality; schools and related departments should offer PE teachers with more attention and support, provide them with a good environment and conditions for effective physical education
