| 我国体育场地资源发展经历四个时期，体育场地资源的配置呈现政府宏观调控为主、市场为辅的场地数量递增、场地类型复杂，场地分布扩展、场地投资多元、场地建设科技化、标准化和场地发展国际化的显著特征。但存在配置目标不清晰、数量不充足、结构不合理、布局差异化、机会不均等、环境不协调等问题。建议进一步明确配置目标、创新配置理念、完善政策措施、建立评价机制、重视生态化管理，以优化未来体育场地资源的配置，为体育公共服务水平的提高及体育场地资源发展战略的制定提供理论参考 |

| Research on Allocation Features and Optimization of Sports Ground Resource in China |

| Abstract: |
| Sports ground resources allocation has experienced four development periods in China. Presently the sports ground resources allocation is mainly macroeconomic regulation and control with market adjustment as supplementation, characterized by growing quantity of sports ground, complicated types of sports ground, expanding distribution of sports ground, diversified investment of sports ground, scientific and standardized construction of sports ground, internationalized development of sports ground. However, there are still some potential problems, such as unclear allocation target, inadequate quantity, irrational structure, differential layout, unequal opportunity and inharmonious environment. So it is recommended to make a clearer allocation target, innovate allocation concepts, improve policies and measures, establish evaluation mechanism, attach great importance to the ecological management, so as to optimize sports ground resource allocation in the future and offer theoretical references for the improvement of sports public service and the strategymaking of sports ground resources. |
