探寻跨栏步教学的优化手段——滑马过栏

摘要:
在整合、分析以往常规教学手段的基础上,依据跨栏步的动作结构、运动生物力学、解剖学和运动心理学原理设计了“滑马过栏”教学手段,该手段由三个分解练习和一个完整练习构成,形成了“一招四步”的教学结构,四步教学依次递进进行,体现了跨栏步技术的连续性。“滑马过栏”教学手段采用了推进式设计,简化了教学流程、针对性强,将跨栏步的不同部分的关键技术明确化,突出了教学重点,解决了教学难点,通过此教学手段的运用,学生掌握跨栏步技术用时明显短于常规教学,且技术掌握准确率较高,是一种有效的跨栏步教学手段

A New Optimization Method in the Teaching of Hurdle Step——Sliding Horse Hurdle Step

Abstract:
On the basis of integrating and analyzing conventional teaching method, the teaching method “sliding horse hurdle step” is designed according to movement structure of hurdle step, sports biomechanics, anatomy and sports psychology. It consists of three disintegrating practices and one complete practice, which together form a teaching structure of one movement with four steps. The four steps go one after another, and they can embody the continuity of the hurdle step technique. The teaching method of “sliding horse hurdle step” adopts the pushin design which can simplify the teaching process, obtain strong pertinence, specify the key techniques of different parts of the hurdle step, highlight teaching emphasis, and solve teaching difficulties. Through the application of this teaching method, students spend less time mastering hurdle step techniques than the conventional teaching, and master the hurdle step techniques with higher accuracy. Therefore, it is an effective teaching approach of hurdle step.
