| 摘要: |
| 从竞技体育群众基础与群众体育的差别、竞技体育对群众体育资源挤占、锦标主义和竞技体育异化对群众体育的伤害三个方面，对竞技体育与群众体育发展矛盾进行分析，提出要以科学发展观为统领，正确认识竞技体育与群众体育发展的关系，推动体育事业全面发展；要深化体制改革，转变政府职能，加大体育公共服务的投入力度，探索体育公共服务的政府购买，实现竞技体育与群众体育协调发展。 |

| The Research of the Future Orientation and the Survey about Contradiction between Competitive Sports and Mass Sports |

| The paper analyzes the contradiction between competitive sports and mass sports in terms of the difference between the mass basis of competitive sports and mass sports, competitive sports extrusion to mass sports resources, hurt to mass sports from competitive sports alienation, proposes to take the scientific development concept as a guide, get a correct understanding of the relationship between competitive sports and mass sports development, promote the comprehensive development of sports; to deepen the system reform, transform government functions, increase investment into sports public services, explore sports public service in government purchases, and finally achieve coordinated development between competitive sports and mass sport. |
