| 社区体育志愿服务是志愿服务体系的重要组成部分，其在带动社区居民广泛参与体育活动，组织、开展社区体育工作，创造和谐融洽的社区环境中发挥着不可替代的作用。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对当前我国社区体育志愿者服务发展问题进行研究，指出应该立足国情为社区体育志愿服务提供法律保障，稳定与扩大社区体育志愿服务者队伍，加强服务管理，建立激励机制，弘扬志愿精神，旨在为我国社区体育志愿服务的健康发展提供思路 |

| Community sports volunteer service is an important part of volunteer service system, it plays a critical role in encouraging community residents to participate in sport activities, organizing and carrying out community sports, creating harmonious community environment. This article applies methods of literature and logical analysis to research the current problems in the development of China’s community sport volunteer service. It puts forward that legal security for community sports volunteer service should be based on present national conditions, community sports volunteer service teams should be stabilized and expanded, service management should be strengthened, bonus mechanism should be established, volunteerism should be promoted, so as to provide ideas for the healthy development of community volunteer service |
