运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对体育法学教育的定位、发展现状和教材问题进行研究。指出,体育法学教育应该是通识教育,侧重于规则教育;应以此原则为统领,树立“大规则观”,对教材编写活动进行改革;教材编写应以体育学者为主体,以体育专业学生为使用对象;借鉴“一分为二”教学和案例教学等方法,提高和深化学生对体育法律法规知识的掌握和运用,以促进我国体育法学教育的开展。 |

Research on Sport Law Education and Its Textbooks in China |

Abstract: |
This study applies methods of literature and logical analysis to research on the positioning of sport law education, development status and textbook issues. It points out that sport law education should be considered as general education with rule education as an emphasis. Guided by this principle, “a big view of rules ”should be established and textbook writing activities should be innovated. Sport scholars should be the main body of textbook writing, and students of PE majors should be the main users. Learning from “one divides into two” teaching and case teaching methods, the students’ knowledge about the sport laws, legislationand regulations shall be improved and deepened to facilitate the implementation of sport law education. |
