运用文献资料法,对国内外关于运动干预改善大学生抑郁的研究成果进行梳理,发现运动干预能有效缓解大学生的抑郁,并对抑郁产生起到一定的预防作用。分别从运动项目、运动时间、运动强度三方面对运动改善大学生抑郁的研究现状进行分析,指出不足并提出发展建议。认为,不论采取何种运动形式,经过一段时间的运动干预后,均能有效地改善大学生的抑郁,提高心理健康水平,并且中等运动强度、简单易学且动作缓慢的集体运动项目改善抑郁效果更好,运动干预的时间和强度是需要进一步深入研究的问题,建议建立学生运动指导部门,对大学生的健身行为进行科学指导。旨在为大学生心理健康研究提供借鉴 |

Present Research Situation and Development Suggestions of Sports Intervention to Improve College Students’ Depression |

Abstract: |
Using the literature method, this article combs the previous research fruits on the sports intervention of college students’ depression at home and abroad. It finds out that the sports intervention could effectively relieve the depression of college students and play a certain preventive role in the development of depression. This paper analyzes the current situation of the studies on the improvement of college students’ depression from the aspects of sports events, duration and intensity, and points out the shortcomings and puts forward the development suggestions. It proposes that, whatever form of exercise, after a period of sports intervention, can effectively improve the depression of college students, improve mental health. Moderate sports intensity, and easy collective exercises with slow motions have better effects to cure depression. The duration and intensity of sports intervention need further study. It is advisable to establish a guidance department for students sport activities to conduct scientific guidance for the sport behavior of college students. It aims at providing reference for the studies of college students’ mental health |
