| 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，在对新时期我国职业体育发展面临的社会、体制、产业三大新背景变化进行客观分析的基础上，拟订出新时期促进我国职业体育改革与发展的宏观对策。一是借力我国良好的社会发展氛围，发挥职业体育“中枢纽带”作用，有效拓展其功能领域并加大功能开发力度；二是依托我国体育体制转型，发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用，加快“管办分离”，逐步建立“小政府、大社会、多元化”的发展格局及“政府拉动、市场驱动、社会互动”的发展模式；三是夯实产业发展资金基础、人才基础、市场基础和政策基础 |

| The Macromeasures of the Reform and Development of Professional Sports in China in the New Period |

| Based on the objective analysis of the social, institutional and industrial backgrounds of the development of professional sports in China in the new period, this paper uses the literature and logical analysis to draw out the macromeasures to promote the reform and development of professional sports in China. The first measure is to rely on the good social development atmosphere, play the role of professional sports as a central link , effectively expand its functional areas and increase the functional development, the second is to rely on the transformation of China’s sports system, play the market’s decisive role in the allocation of resources, speed up the “separation of management from running”, and gradually establish a development pattern of “Small government, Big society, pluralism”and the development model of “governmentpulled, marketdriven, societyinteracted”, and the third is to consolidate the capital base, talent base, and policy base.for industrial development |
