以社会支持理论、自我决定理论和运动承诺理论为基础,对工具性支持、情感性支持、信息性支持和友伴性支持与青少年自主健身之间的关系进行研究。结果表明:健身的自主性和锻炼的坚持性是青少年自主健身的两个重要维度;青少年健身的自主性和锻炼的坚持性与工具性支持、情感性支持、信息性支持和友伴性支持有关;青少年健身的自主性也会对锻炼的坚持性产生影响;相对而言,友伴性支持是对青少年健身自主性影响最强的因素,信息性支持是对青少年锻炼坚持性影响最强的因素。进而从学校体育的转型发展、数字化建设和“智慧体育”的角度,为构建青少年自主健身的社会支持机制提出建议。 |

The Influence of Social Support on Adolescents’ Autonomous Fitness Behavior—— A Study Based on Structural Equation Model |

Abstract: |
Based on social support theory, selfdetermination theory and sport commitment theory, this paper studies the relationship of adolescents’ autonomous fitness with instrumental support, emotional support, informational support and companionate support. The results show that the autonomy of fitness and the persistence of exercise are two important dimensions of adolescents’ autonomous fitness; the autonomy of adolescents’ fitness and the persistence of exercise are related to instrumental support, emotional support, information support and companionate support; the autonomy of adolescents’ fitness also affects the persistence of exercise; Comparatively speaking, companionate support is the strongest factor affecting adolescents’ fitness autonomy, while informational support is the strongest factor affecting adolescents’ exercise persistence. Then, from the perspective of the transformational development of school physical education, digital construction and “intelligent sports”, this study puts forward some suggestions for the construction of social support mechanism for adolescents’ autonomy development. |
