| 运用文献法和逻辑分析法，对新时代我国民族体育的文化自信问题进行研究。指出，坚定文化自信的时代主题、建设体育强国的时代背景、普及全民健身的时代需求构成了新时代民族体育文化自信的动力。但是在西方体育文化及现代商业文化的冲击下，民族体育文化的声音日渐稀落，处于一定的失语状态。民族体育文化还面临在商业发展与文化传承间左右摇摆的二元困境，以及无法与时俱进满足现代人需求的问题，表现为地位弱势、发展颓靡。指出，应以文化自信为基石，重构传播主线，激发创新活力；以体育强国为引领，恪守民族立场，打造文化名片；以全民健身为核心，健全发展体系，提升服务水平。旨在使民族体育文化在新的时代焕发出新的生机。 |

| The Impetus, Dilemma and Path of Culture Self confidence Construction of National Sports in the New Era |

| This paper studies the Cultural Selfconfidence of national sports of China in the new era by literature and logical analysis.It points out that the time theme of Cultural Selfconfidence, the time background of building a Sports Power and the time demand of popularizing National Fitness constitute the impetus of national sports Cultural Selfconfidence in the new era.However, the voice of national sports culture is increasingly rare and in a certain aphasia state under the impact of western sports culture and modern commercial culture.The national sports culture also faces the dual impetus of swing between commercial development and cultural heritage, and it cannot meet the needs of modern people with the times, which is manifested as weak position and decadent development.It shows clearly that we should take Cultural Selfconfidence as the corner stone reconstructing the main line of communication and stimulating innovation and vitality, take Sports Power as the guide abiding by national position and creating cultural card, and take National Fitness as the core improving the development system and the service level.It aims to make the national sports culture glow with new vitality in the new era. |
