采用文献资料和逻辑论证等研究方法,对体育教师被污名化现象进行分析,认为体育教师被污名化主要表现为道德形象、专业身份、自我认同和社会认同4个方面,进而从破坏性评议、负面性型塑、强制性施压和结构性偏见等角度,就污名化对体育教师专业成长的负面影响进行阐释。认为,体育教师被污名化源于当代社会的信任危机以及学校体育的异化,且有显著的“泛污名化”特征。在此基础上提出,体育教师需要从行为自律、专业自觉、关系自为3个方面来构建身份认同,满足社会对体育教师的身份期待。 |

Stigmatization on PE. Teachers: Realistic Dilemma and Identity |

Abstract: |
By using the methods of literature review and logical argumentation, this paper analyzes the current situation of stigmatization on PE. teachers. It holds that stigmatization on PE. teachers are mainly manifested in four aspects: moral image, professional identity, selfidentity and social identity. Then from the perspectives of destructive evaluation, negative shaping, mandatory pressure and structural bias, it explains negative impacts of stigmatization on the professional growth of PE. teachers. It is believed that stigmatization on PE. teachers stems from the trust crisis of contemporary society and the alienation of school PE, which is vague and general. On this basis, it is proposed that PE. teachers should construct their identity from three aspects: selfdiscipline of behavior, selfconsciousness of profession and selfreliance of relationship so as to meet the social expectation of PE. teachers’ identity. |
