高校体育课程思政建设与改革实践研究 ——质性研究的视角

摘要:
采用质性研究方法,围绕《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》的主要内容,对高校一线体育教师学习贯彻课程思政建设内容和改革实践活动进行研究。认为,充分发挥不同专项体育课程的独特育人价值和铸魂育人优势,将课程思政融入体育课堂教学建设全过程,多措并举提升体育教师课程思政建设的意识和能力,做好做实体育课堂教学案例,达到潜移默化、润物无声的隐性教育效果。尽快建立高校体育课程思政建设的质量评估体系,为制定地方化、校本化评价标准提供权威指引。在课程思政统一性的要求指引下,自主开展体育课程思政的差异性建设,注重组织实施和条件保障建设,建立以精神激励为主的地方化、校本化体育课程思政激励机制。旨在通过传递基层体育教师的声音,为高校体育课程思政建设提供校本化实践经验和理论参考。

A Study on Ideological and Political Construction and Reform Practice of PE Curriculum in Colleges and Universities——From the Perspective of Qualitative Research

Abstract:
This paper studies the learning and implementation of ideological and political construction contents and reform practice activities of grassroots PE teachers in colleges and universities focusing on the main content of Guiding Outline of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities by qualitative research. It is believed that the unique educational value and advantages of different special PE courses should be brought into full play, and the ideological and political education should be integrated into the whole process of PE classroom teaching. Many measures should be taken to improve the awareness and ability of PE teachers’ ideological and political construction, and to do a good job in PE classroom teaching cases, so as to exert a subtle influence on students, like drizzle that soaks everything silently. The quality evaluation system of ideological and political construction of PE curriculum colleges and universities should be introduced as soon as possible to provide authoritative guidance for the development of local and schoolbased evaluation standards. Under the guidance of the unity of ideological and political curriculum, we should carry out different constructions of PE ideological and political curriculum independently, pay attention to the construction of organization implementation and condition guarantee, and establish the local and schoolbased ideological and political curriculum mechanism based on excitation mechanism. This paper aims to provide schoolbased practical experience and theoretical reference for the construction of ideological and political PE curriculum in colleges and universities by transmitting the voice of grassroots PE teachers.
