| 摘要: |
| 量子科技作为一项颠覆性创新技术,在确保信息安全、提高运算能力、提升测量精度方面具备先发优势。量子科技包含量子通信技术、量子计算技术、量子精密测量与量子管理思维,其在引领全民健身发展、赋能竞技体育革新、驱动体育产业升级、促进体育文化传播的多元场景下都具有较大的应用潜力。利用技术—组织—环境 (TOE)框架分析认为,影响量子科技介入体育应用的关键因素包括量子信息技术发展水平与兼容度、体育科技资源配置与组织创新接受度、体育消费环境与宏观政策支持精准度。鉴于此,认为应该推进量子科技研发转化,明确体育应用突破方向;加强量子信息体系建设,弥补数字体育治理短板;深化量子科技植入场景,促进体育生产要素升级,实现 “量子+ 体育”的创新。 |

| Asadisruptiveandinnovativetechnology,quantumtechnologyhasafirst-moveradvantage inensuringinformationsecurity,improvingcomputingpowerandimprovingmeasurementaccuracy. Quantumtechnologyincludesquantumcommunicationtechnology,quantumcomputingtechnology, quantumprecisionmeasurementandquantum managementthinking.Ithashighapplicationpotential inthemultiplescenariosofleadingthedevelopmentofnationalfitness,enablingcompetitivesports innovation,drivingtheupgradingofsportsindustryandpromotingthespreadofsportsculture.Accordingtotheanalysisoftechnology-organization-environment(TOE)framework,thekeyfactorsaffectingtheinvolvementofquantumtechnologyinsportsapplicationincludethedevelopmentleveland compatibilityofquantuminformationtechnology,theallocationofsportsscienceandtechnologyresourcesandtheacceptanceoforganizationalinnovation,sportsconsumptionenvironmentandtheaccuracyofmacropolicysupport.Inviewofthis,itisbelievedthatweshouldpromotetheresearchand developmenttransformationofquantumtechnology,clarifythebreakthroughdirectionofsportsapplication,strengthentheconstructionofquantuminformationsystem,makeupfortheshortcomings ofdigitalsportsgovernance,deepentheimplantationofquantumtechnology,promotetheupgrading ofsportsproductionfactors,andrealizetheinnovationof“quantum +sports”. |
