目的:分析运动干预对学生健康人格的影响,以及不同类型运动项目干预对学生健康人格影响的差异性。方法:以某市普通高中在校生为测试对象,随机分成两组,分别采用篮球、健美操进行干预实验。采用 《艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版》(EPQ-RSC)对被测学生进行人格状况测量。结果:①两组学生的倾向性 (E)、神经质 (N)、精神质 (P)三个维度的后测表现均优于前测,且具有显著性差异。②E维度的后测得分,篮球组优于健美操组,且具有显著性差异;而 N 维度和 P维度上,两组的后测得分不具有显著性差异。结论:①运动干预对于中学生健康人格的积极影响效果明显;且在 E、N、P三个维度上都有显著作用。②不同类型的运动项目对个体人格的影响效果存在一定的差异;篮球对 E维度的改善效果更明显,而对 N 维度和 P维度的影响效果与健美操相差无几。 |
