| 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,从新增章节和修改章节2个方面对修订后的《体育法》进行述评。认为修订后的《体育法》坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚持以人民为中心的根本立场,从国情实际出发,关注我国体育事业发展中的重点问题,回应了我国体育法治发展的需求,解决了修订前《体育法》严重滞后于我国经济社会发展的问题。修订后的《体育法》的实施将开启我国依法治体新的发展阶段。 |

| Using the methods of literature and logical analysis, this paper reviews the revised Sports Law from two aspects of new chapters and revised chapters. The revised Sports Law takes Xi Jinping ’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era as guidance, adheres to the people-centered fundamental position, pays attention to the key issues in the development of sports in China from the actual situation of our nation, responds to the demand of the development of the rule of law, and goes to solve the problem that the Sports Law seriously lags behind China ’s economic and social development before the revision. The implementation of the revised Sports Law will open a new stage of development of China ’s sports governance by law. |
