| 电竞产业的高速发展催生了相关人才的需求和高校专业教育的需求,而为产业发展培养并输送人才即是电竞教育建设的目标之一。为构建和完善“产业链—岗位需求—人才培养”紧密衔接的电竞高等教育,首先需要厘清各个产业环节所对应的职业岗位和人才需求,从而将相应的知识和技能映射到电竞教育的专业设置中;其次需要以各地方颁布实施的电竞教育政策为蓝本,从专业开设、专业招生、课程设置、师资配备和学生实训等方面入手,探索电竞专业建设中的具体问题及应对方案;最后则需要根据学生就业意向和行业招聘情况适时调整培养方案并推动电竞高等教育改革,从而在产业发展的引导下,为学生的专业学习和技能实训打开通往行业第一线的通道。 |

| Abstract: |
| The rapid development of e-sports industry has spawned the demand for relevant talents and the demand for professional education in colleges and universities, and the cultivation and transportation of talents for industrial development is one of the goals of e-sports education construction. In order to construct and improve the e-sports higher education which is closely connected with “industry chain-job demand-talent training”, it is necessary to clarify the professional positions and talent demands corresponding to each industry sector, so as to map the corresponding knowledge and skills to the professional setting of e-sports education. Secondly, it is necessary to take the e-sports education policy promulgated and implemented by various localities as the blueprint, and explore the specific problems and countermeasures in the construction of e-sports major from the aspects of major opening, enrollment, curriculum setting, teacher allocation and student training. Finally, it is necessary to adjust the training program and promote the reform of e-sports higher education according to students’ employment intention and industry recruitment, so as to open the channel to the first line of the industry for students’ professional learning and skill training under the guidance of industrial development. |
