“双减”政策有助于促进学生健康且全面发展、实现体育教育公平、推动“家校社”协同育人融合发展。在“双减”政策推行过程中,学校体育发展面临着家庭、社区和体育教师“增负”,体育教育“减效”,体育教育应试化风险等现实挑战。为此提出,通过发挥政策联动效应,提升学校体育治理效能;“家校社”多元合作共治,全面落实以体育人功效;优化体育教学过程,推进“减负”与“增效”双向达成;统筹安排与内在提升,推动师生“减负”同向同行等策略。旨在推动学校体育良性发展。 |

The Challenges and Practical Strategy of School Physical Education Development under the Background of“Double Reduction” Policy |

Abstract: |
The “double reduction” policy is helpful to promote the healthy and all-round development of students, realize the fairness of physical education, and promote the integrated development of “home-school-community” collaborative education. In the process of implementing the “double reduction” policy, the development of school physical education is facing practical challenges such as the “increasing burden” of families, communities and physical education teachers, the “reducing efficiency” of physical education, and the risk of examination-oriented physical education. Therefore, it is proposed to improve the efficiency of school physical education governance by giving full play to the policy linkage effect; the “home-school-community” multi-cooperation and co-governance, and the full implementation of the effect of sports people; optimize the physical education teaching process and promote the two-way achievement of “burden reduction” and “efficiency increase”; overall arrangement and internal improvement, promote teachers and students “burden reduction” same-direction advance strategies. It aims to promote the healthy development of school physical education. |
