| In order to improve the public sports service satisfaction in urban community, this paper uses methods of literature review, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, constructs a theoretical framework of community sports service from the viewpoint of public service, and then proposes a test model of the public sports service satisfaction in urban community, which includes nine potential variables and twenty five testable variables according to the forming mechanism of public satisfaction, and further expounds the connotation of the test model, discusses the influencing factors. |
