体育缄默知识的转化及显性策略研究

摘要:
研究阐述体育缄默知识的内涵,依据知识螺旋理论,探索缄默知识的转化策略。提出应不断加强教学行为主体的运动实践与理论修养,构筑交往式学习方式,使师生学会共情倾听,努力提高学生的后设认知能力与教师的教育叙事研究能力,以期为缄默知识的应用与教学实践提供参考

Study on the Transformation of Sports Tacit Knowledge and Its Explicit Strategy

Abstract:
This paper illustrates the connotation of sports tacit knowledge and explores its transformation strategy according to the theory of knowledge spiral. It proposes that the sports theory and practice of the teaching behavior subject should be strengthened,a communicative way of learning should be constructed, so that teachers and students can listen and learn with empathy. It also strives to improve the students’ metacognitive ability and teachers’ research ability of educational narration, and serves as a reference for the application of tacit knowledge and teaching practice
