| 立法后评估是体育立法与地方体育立法中不可缺少的一个环节。在体育事业迅速发展的今天，体育相关法的后期跟进与修改是极为必要的。借鉴国内外现有的地方立法后评估制度，将地方性和体育行业的特殊性与评估主体、评估对象、评估标准、评估程序和评估方法结合，试构建出适合我国地方体育法规的普适性评估制度，并为建立完善地方体育立法后评估制度提出建议 |

| Construction of Post Legislation Evaluation System of Local Sports |

| Abstract: |
| Postlegislation evaluation is an indispensable link in sports legislation and local sports legislation. In today’s rapid development of sports, postup and modification of sportsrelated laws are extremely necessary. This paper draws lessons from existing local legislative evaluation system at home and abroad, combines locality and particularity of sport industry with the subject, object, standard, procedure and methods of evaluation. Universally applicable evaluation system which suits local sports laws and regulations is constructed, and some suggestions are given to improve a sound postlegislation evaluation system of local sports. |
