| 运用文献资料法和逻辑推理法，在总结前人研究成果的基础上，从目标、主体、机制、手段、评价等方面对体育发展方式进行解释与分析。指出，体育是社会历史发展的结果，要实现我国由体育大国向体育强国的迈进，以科学发展观为指导的体育发展方式转变是必由之路。当前，体育发展的理论设计、机制体系、政策制度等仍是转变体育发展方式亟待解决的问题。体育发展方式的转变应处理好举国体制下竞技体育与群众体育的关系；要延伸体育的教育功能，大力推行并完善“体教结合”的育人模式；积极发挥政府和市场两大主体作用，整合体育资源并促进群众体育的全面发展 |

| Theoretical Analysis of the Mode Transition of Sports Development |

| Abstract: |
| By methods of literature and logical reasoning, based on the previous studies, this article makes explanation and analysis about the mode of sports development from target, subject, mechanisms, approaches, and evaluation. It points out that sport is the result of social and historical development. In order to realize the progress from a populationbased sports country to a real sports power, the mode transition of sports development guided by Concept of Scientific Development is the only necessary way. Currently, the theoretical designs, mechanism systems, policy systems of sports development are still problems that should be solved quickly. In the transition of sport development, the relationship between competitive sports and mass sports under the nationwide sports system should be handled; educational function of sport should be extended and the education mode of “Combination of sports and education” should be vigorously promoted and implemented; government and market should play their roles actively, sports resources should be integrated and comprehensive development of mass sports should be promoted |
