| 城镇化是当前我国社会改革的重要方向，失地农民是这一进程的必然产物。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对失地农民体育参与权的内涵进行研究。认为，体育参与权是宪法和法律规定的权利之一，失地农民的体育参与权是指失地农民有权参与全民健身活动，在全民健身活动中有权根据自己的年龄、身体状况、心理、智力、喜好等情况，有针对性地选择适合自己的健身项目、健身强度、健身场所进行相应健身活动的资格和自由，失地农民在参与体育活动时不应受城乡差距、户籍制度、社会地位、居住环境、性别等方面的限制，政府相关部门和机构应该切实保护失地农民的体育参与权。 |

| Connotation of Sport Participation Right of Landless Peasants |

| Abstract: |
| Urbanization is an important direction of our current social reform, and landless peasants are the inevitable outcome of this process. This article uses methods of literature and logical analysis to study the connotation of sports participation right of landless peasants. It proposes that sports participation right is one of the rights of the constitution and law. Sports participation right of landless peasants means that landless peasants have the right to participate in fitness activities. In national fitness activities, they have the right to choose their own fitness programs, fitness strength, fitness areas according to their age, physical condition, mentality, intellectuality and preferences. Peasants when participating in sports activities should not be affected by the gap between urban and rural areas, household registration system, social status, residence environment and gender. Relevant government departments and agencies should effectively protect the rights of landless peasants to participate in sports. |
