| 运用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法，对NBA金州勇士队新任主教练史蒂夫·科尔的执教理念进行剖析，分析了科尔执教理念形成的影响因素，重点从目标、价值观、行为三个方面对科尔的执教理念进行解释和归纳。结果表明，科尔执教目标具体而明确，能够把握现代篮球运动的发展趋势和划时代篮球运动员的特点；训练和比赛中强调团队篮球、快乐篮球、科学篮球，相信核心球员，注重攻防两端的高效协调和三分球的优势。科尔的执教理念对我国篮球教练员有着很强的现实意义和借鉴作用，有助于提高我国篮球教练员的执教水平。 |

| Abstract: |
| This study applies methods of literature, video observation and mathematical statistics to analyze the coaching philosophy of the new coach of Golden State Warriors in NBA, Steve Kerr. It analyzes the influencing factors for his coaching philosophy formation. It explains and generalizes his coaching philosophy from three aspects: objectives, values, and behavior. The results show that Steve Kerr has a specific and clear objectives, and he is able to grasp the characteristics of the development trend of modern basketball and the features of basketball players in such an epochal shift; in training and competition he emphasizes team basketball, happy basketball, and scientific basketball, and he believes the core players, focuses on efficient coordination at offensive and defensive sides, and on threepoint advantage. His coaching philosophy has a strong practical significance and reference to help improve the coaching levels of Chinese basketball coaches. |
