| 通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对当前CBA联赛职业化进程中面临的问题进行分析。指出管理体制不顺、市场开发不充分、后备人才不足、联赛观赏性不佳、裁判体制落后等，阻碍着联赛职业化程度的进一步提高。认为，应该进一步深化体制改革，充分发挥现代科技的力量，树立赛事品牌、提高影响力，加强对人力资源的开发和培养，以推动CBA联赛的健康发展。 |

| The Problems and Suggestions in the Process of CBA Professionalization |

| This article analyzes the problems faced by the current process of CBA professionalization through the methods of documentary study and logical analysis. It points out that the major obstacles to prevent the further development of CBA professionalization are the undesirable management system,insufficient market development, inadequate backup talents, poor appreciation for the game, laggard referee system, and etc. Therefore, in order to promote the healthy development of CBA professionalization, the article puts forward that we should further deepen the system reform, give full play to the power of modern science and technology, establish the game brand and enlarge its influence, strengthen the development and the training of human resources. |
