“文武合一”是武术传承的理想追求,近年来学校武术“淡化套路、突出应用”“优化套路、强调应用”“打练并进、术道融合”等教改理念都是在追求“文武合一”中对武术本质“击”与“舞”的改版性重论。通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法,从历史视角对武术本质进行分析认为:“击”“舞”一体是武术传承与创新的实质与依据,以“刻意练习”为语系的“击”与以“NLP教练技术”为语系的“舞”两套编码训练系统的合一形成武术技术传承与品质培养的教育指向。与以往重“技术教学”的教改理念不同,2013年学校武术教育联盟提出的“打练并进”教改理念是武术“击”“舞”一体、重“教育”传承的回归。学校武术只有实施散打兼顾套路、套路兼顾散打的教改模式、采取与时俱进的“刻意练习”与“NLP教练技术”教育技术策略,才能真正实现“打练并进”教学目标与“文武合一”的教育追求。 |

Rethinking on Combat and Dance, the Essence of Wushu, and Its Enlightenment to the Teaching Reform of School Wushu: A Co development of Combat and Routine |

A combination of culture and physique is the ideal pursuit of Wushu inheritance. In recent years, a variety of school Wushu teaching reform ideas in the pursuit of the combination of culture and physique, such as ignore routine and highlight application, optimize routine and emphasize application, combine combat with routine, combine technique with philosophy, are the revised discussion of Wushu essence: combat and routine. Through literature review, logical analysis, this study makes an analysis on Wushu essence from a historical perspective. It is proposed that the unity of combat and dance is the essence and basis of the inheritance and innovation of Wushu. The unity of two encoding training systems, combat, which takes deliberate practice as main context, and dance, which takes NLP coach technique as the main context, forms the educational direction of the inheritance of Wushu technique and personality development. Different from the previous teaching reform idea of technique teaching, the teaching reform concept of a combination of combat and routine proposed by School Wushu Education Alliance in 2013, is a return of the unity of combat and routine, and emphasis on education inheritance. Only if the mode of teaching Sanda together with Routine and teaching Routine together with Sanda is implemented, and deliberate practice and NLP coach technique are taken as educational technique strategy, can the teaching objective of codevelopment of combat and routine and the educational pursuit of the unity of culture and physique be realized. |
