| 奥林匹克运动会与政治关系密切，其公共外交的功能和价值不容忽视。采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，从公共外交的基本概念入手，梳理奥运会的公共外交历程，认为2022年北京冬奥会将树立更加开放的国家形象、讲好新时代的中国故事、构建国际交流新机制，从而实现其公共外交价值的完美表达。但是这一过程也面临着西方国家将冬奥会政治化的巨大压力，以及新媒体承载的西方主导舆论的挑战。为此，应推进奥林匹克精神与新时代公共外交理念的契合，用冬奥会之火照亮人类命运共同体，推动体育传播的国际化，旨在实现北京冬奥会公共外交价值最大化。 |

| The Public Diplomacy Challenge and Value Realization of Beijing Winter Olympics |

| The Olympic Games are closely related to politics, and the function and value of its public diplomacy can not be ignored. By using the literature method and logic analysis method, beginning from the basic concept of public diplomacy, this article tries to sort out the public diplomacy process of the Olympic Games, and believes that the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics would establish a more open national image, tell a good Chinese story of the new era, and build a new mechanism of international exchanges for the purpose of achieving a perfect expression of its public diplomatic value. But this process is also facing the enormous pressure from western countries to politicize the Winter Olympics and the challenges of Western-led public opinion carried by new media. As a result, we should bridge the gap between the Olympic spirit and the public diplomacy idea in the new era, take advantage of the fire of the Winter Olympics to illuminate the community of shared future for mankind, promote the internationalization of sport communication, which aims to maximize the public diplomacy value of the Beijing Winter Olympics. |
