| 欧洲足球有其固有的发育轨迹。在禁绝过度运动的时代，英国的足球最终成为幸运者。足球在欧洲一直处在民间发生、规划、发展与发育的规程中，政府极少干预。欧洲的国家元首对足球的干涉度非常有限。墨索里尼一度利用足球彰显法西斯主义的意志，撒切尔夫人也因为足球惨案而干预过英国足球，两者都或多或少地影响了欧洲足球的独立性价值。意大利足球和英格兰足球很快就从元首干预的状态中摆脱出来，体现出欧洲足球极强的自净能力。英国以及欧陆国家的诸多元首对足球的干预大都带有极强的游戏习性，从而体现出权力的游戏性和游戏的权力性之间的高度平衡。 |

| European football has its inherent developmental trajectory. In the era of avoiding excessive excercise, British football eventually became a lucky one. Football has always been in the rules of civil occurence, planning, development and development in Europe, and the government has rarely intervened. European heads of state have very limited interference with football. Mussolini once used football to demonstrate the will of fascism, and Mrs. Thatcher also intervened in British football because of the football tragedy, both of which more or less influenced the independence of European football. Italian football and English football quickly got themself from the intervention of the heads of state, reflecting the strong selfpurification ability of European football. The intervention of many heads of state in the United Kingdom and the other Europecontinental countries with football has a strong game habitus, which reflects the high balance between the gameplay of power and the power of the game. |
