| 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，以中国足球小将青训模式为例，对中国足球人才培养的民间路径进行研究。认为，传统的体工大队、足球学校、职业梯队青训模式均无法承担起中国足球振兴的重任，校园足球计划的成效还有待时间检验。中国足球小将青训平台成立两年来，战绩骄人，为国人带来新希望，是中国足球传统青训的有力补充。对中国足球小将的进一步解读发现，其与顶尖教育联合，有力实践体教结合，弥补了以往青训中的教育缺失；坚持唯才是举、任人唯贤，弥补了公平缺失的环境；积极参与高水平比赛，弥补了比赛组织与管理的缺失。坚持精英化选材，充分利用互联网媒介，重视个体全面发展，坚持反商业化潜规则的建队原则是其获得成功的重要原因。以中国足球小将为代表的民间青训的生存和发展，离不开高素质的人员保障、广泛的社会融资及职业球队、业内人士、家长的充分支持。中国足球小将的成功对我国足球发展具有重要的启示意义。 |

| On the Folk Way of Training Chinese Football Talents——Taking the Chinese Football Boys as an Example |

| This paper studies the folk way of Chinese football talent training taking the youth training model of Chinese football young generals as an example by literature and logical analysis.It is believed that the traditional youth training mode of sports industry team, football school and professional echelon can not undertake the important task of Chinese football revitalization, and the effectiveness of campus football plan has yet to be tested. It has achieved remarkable results and brought new hope to the Chinese people since the establishment of the youth training platform for Chinese football boys two years ago. It is a powerful supplement to the traditional youth training of Chinese football. The further analysis of Chinese football boys shows that the combination of Chinese football boys with toplevel education and the combination of sports and education make up for the lack of education in youth training of the past. It makes up for the lack of fair environment by selecting and appointing those talented people for use and makes up for the lack of competition organization and management by active participation in highlevel competitions. The main reason for its success is to adhere to the elite selection, make full use of Internet media, attach importance to the overall development of individuals, and adhere to the principle of building teams against the potential rules of commercialization. The survival and development of folk youth training represented by Chinese football boys can not be separated from highquality personnel security, extensive social financing, and full support of professional teams, insiders and parents. The success of Chinese football boys is of great significance to the development of Chinese football. |
