21世纪以来中日青少年 体力促进政策比较分析及启示

摘要:
青少年的健康水平关乎国家的未来,面对我国青少年体力不足、体质持续下滑的现实问题,日本经验或可借鉴。首先,梳理了21世纪以来中日两国发布的青少年体力促进政策,并通过比较发现:中日两国都重视学校、家庭、社会等多元主体参与,都建立了完善的青少年体力评估制度,但日本更注重饮食教育,且课外体育活动方式更多样。认为,我国应该提高对青少年体育教育的重视程度,加大政策法规的制定和落实力度,在实践层面进一步完善家庭、学校、社会、政府四方联动,加强青少年科学饮食教育和青少年体育参与的社会支持。旨在为提高我国青少年健康水平提供依据。

A Comparative Analysis of the Adolescent Physical Strength Promotion Policies between China and Japan since the 21st Century and Its Enlightenment to China

Abstract:
Adolescents’ health level is of vital importance for the future of our country. Facing the practical problems of the lack of physical strength and the continuous decline of physical fitness of adolescents in China, we can learn from the experience of physical education in Japan to provide reference for improving the physical strength level of adolescents in China. First of all, this paper reviews the relevant promotion policies issued by China and Japan since the 21st century. By comparison, we find that: Both China and Japan attach importance to the participation of schools, families, society and other multiple subjects, and have established a sound physical evaluation system for young people. However, Japan pays more attention to diet education, and there are more ways of extracurricular sports activities. It is believed that China should pay more attention to the physical education of young people, strengthen the formulation and implementation of policies and regulations, further improve the linkage among family, school, society and government at the practical level, and strengthen the social support of scientific diet education and sports participation of young people. The purpose is to provide basis for improving the health level of adolescents in China.
