| 党的十九届四中全会明确提出了“坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重大意义和总体要求”。在新的历史时期，我国体育智库的新使命在于推进体育强国、健康中国和体育治理现代化建设。基于此，采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，从外部和内部两个角度，对我国体育智库的责任和担当进行深入探讨。认为体育智库对内要注重更新管理体制，完善运行机制，建设和优化人才培养体系；对外要通过科研成果转化实现体育产业高质量发展，重塑体育治理生态，提升国家体育文化软实力和国际体育地位硬实力，促进体育融合发展，最终服务于我国体育治理体系和治理能力现代化。 |

| Responsibilities and Duties of Sports Think Tanks of China from the Perspective of the Modernization of National Governance |

| Abstract: |
| The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward “the great significance and overall requirements of adhering to and improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity”. In the new historical period, the new mission of China’s sports think tanks is to promote sports power, healthy China and the modernization of sports governance. Based on this, this paper discusses the responsibilities and duties of China’s sports think tanks by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis from both external and internal perspectives. It is suggested that we should pay attention to the renewal of management system, improvement of operation mechanism, construction and optimization of talent training system at home. We should also realize the highquality development of the sports industry through the transformation of scientific research achievements, reshape the sports governance ecology, enhance the soft power of national sports culture and the hard power of international sports status, and promote the integrated development of sports in overseas. The above will ultimately serve the modernization of China’s sports governance system and governance capacity. |
