| 体育契约精神表现为对体育规则的维护及对体育世界内在秩序的遵从，其存在广泛、主体多元、形式多样，且与体育伦理道德在价值取向上高度相关。体育契约精神在个人、社会、国家层面均具有显著价值，是个体完善人格的重要组成，是体育事业良性发展的重要保障，是国家社会治理的精神财富。在我国建设体育强国的时代背景下，可通过积极宣传，强化体育契约精神的社会认知；严厉处罚，维护体育契约精神的威信地位；群策群力，形成体育契约精神的良好风尚。旨在通过对体育契约精神的培养与弘扬，助力现代体育有序、良性发展及和谐社会建设。 |

| The spirit of sports contract is manifested in the maintenance of sports rules and the compliance with the internal order of the sports world. It has a wide range of existence, multiple subjects and various forms, and is highly related to the value orientation of sports ethics. The spirit of sports contract has significant value in individual, society and country. It is an important component of individual personality, an important guarantee for the healthy development of sports, and a spiritual wealth of national social governance. Under the background of building China into a sports power, we can strengthen the social cognition through active publicity, maintain the prestige through severe punishment, and form a good trend through concerted efforts. The purpose is to help modern sports develop orderly and healthily and build a harmonious society by cultivating and carrying forward the spirit of sports contract. |
