| 为优化我国体育场地统计机制，科学建设未来体育场地设施。运用文献资料法、实地调研法等，回溯我国6次场地普查发展历程，结合2019年第4次全国经济普查暨全国体育场地统计调查情况进行分析。发现，当前我国体育场地统计工作主要面临部门配合脱节、经费保障不到位、调查员专业素质不足、部分被调查者不配合、测量与统计方法不科学、体育场地名录信息不全且公开内容有限等问题。提出，要构建政府主导、多部门协作的工作体系；建立投入保障机制与工资激励机制；注重业务培训，提升调查员专业素质；加大宣传力度，调动社会力量参与；优化指标体系，减轻统计工作负担；强化信息管控，保证数据质量；健全体育场地名录库，完善数据披露制度，最大化发挥数据价值。 |

| The development process of China’s six venues census is traced back by using the methods of literature and field research, and analyzed in combination with the fourth national economic census and national sports venues statistical survey in 2019 in order to optimize the statistical mechanism of China’s sports venues and scientifically build the future sports venues and facilities. It is found that at present, the statistical work of sports venues in China is mainly faced with such problems as disconnection of department cooperation, inadequate fund guarantees, insufficient professional quality of investigators, noncooperation of some respondents, unscientific statistical processes and methods, incomplete information of stadium gazetteer and limited public content. It is proposed the following points: build a working system dominated by the government and coordinated by multiple departments; establish investment guarantee mechanism and wage incentive mechanism; pay attention to professional training and improve the professional quality of investigators; strengthen publicity and mobilize social forces to participate; optimize the index system and reduce the burden of statistical work; strengthen information management and control to ensure data quality; improve the stadium gazetteer database, perfect the data disclosure system and maximize the value of data. |
