Abstract: |
As a loanword from the west, physical literacy has two different understandings of “sports literacy” and “body literacy” in the process of local interpretation. On the basis of explaining the background, connotation and theoretical basis of physical literature, this paper compares and analyzes the demonstration ideas of two different understandings, and points out that the interpretation of “sports literacy” not only ignores and narrows the embodied cognitive theory, but also weakens the rich connotation and significance of physical literacy. “Body literacy” is a more scientific and reasonable interpretation, which is in line with the current reality of [BF]China’s sports[BFQ] development. This paper further analyzes the different evaluation systems of physical literacy at home and abroad, points out that the current evaluation systems fail to better interpret the embodied cognitive theory in the concept of physical literacy, discusses the problems of whether physical literacy can be evaluated or not, and finally puts forward the prospect of physical literacy evaluation in China. |
