| 运用霍夫斯泰德文化维度理论,以国家 (地区)为单位验证文化差异对篮球竞技能力的影响。结果显示:男子篮球竞技能力主要受到个人主义/集体主义 (p＜0.05)、不确定性规避 (p＜ 0.01)文化特征的影响;女子篮球竞技能力主要受到长期取向/短期取向 (p＜0.05)文化特征的影响,同时健康投入对女子篮球竞技能力有显著影响 (p＜0.05)。建议从国家文化特性出发有针对性地选择措施来提升篮球项目的竞技实力。男子篮球在选材和训练竞赛中要重视不确定性规避的文化影响,在学习和借鉴篮球技战术风格方面要发现适合自己的对象。女子篮球要推动多民族布局,融入多元文化,重视实效与短期目标,形成与长期目标的有益补充。 |

| This paper takes the country (region) as the unit to verify the impact of cultural differences on basketball competitive strength by using Hofstede[DK]’s cultural dimension theory. The results show that the competitive ability of men[DK]’s basketball is mainly affected by the cultural characteristics of individualism / collectivism (p＜005) and uncertainty avoidance (p＜001); Women[DK]’s basketball competitive ability is mainly affected by the cultural characteristics of longterm orientation / shortterm orientation (p＜005). At the same time, health investment has a significant impact on women[DK]’s basketball competitive ability (p＜005). It is suggested to choose targeted measures to improve the competitive strength of basketball from the national cultural characteristics. We should pay attention to the cultural influence of uncertainty avoidance in material selection, training and competition in men[DK]’s basketball, and find suitable objects in learning and drawing lessons from basketball technical and tactical styles. For women[DK]’s basketball, we should promote multiethnic layout, integrate into multicultural, pay attention to practical results and shortterm goals, and form a beneficial supplement to longterm goals. |
