本体感觉训练对踝关节损伤后姿势稳定性及肌力恢复的研究

摘要:
目的:探讨12周的本体感觉训练对功能性踝关节不稳 (FAI)患者的恢复和促进效果,为功能性踝关节不稳者进行高效适合的康复训练提供科学依据和理论支撑。方法:采用实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过采集两组受试者 (本体感觉训练组和对照组)的静态、动态姿势稳定性指标和踝关节肌肉力量定量分析他们的姿势控制能力。结果:本体感觉训练后,静态、动态姿势稳定性和踝关节肌肉力量均得到了显著的提升。结论:与传统的力量训练相比,本体感觉训练具有较好的节奏感及趣味性,且更易开展;本体感觉训练更能均衡发展功能性踝关节不稳患者的稳定性,显著提高本体感觉、中枢神经系统的调控能力,以及增强肌肉力量等,从而在整体上提高机体的姿势稳定性。

Abstract:
Objectives:This paper researches the recovery and promoting effect of 12-week proprioceptive training in patients with functional ankle instability (FAI), and provides scientific basis and theoretical support for efficient and suitable rehabilitation training for functional ankle instability. Methods: By using the methods of experiment and mathematical statistics, the dynamic posture stability index and the ankle muscle strength are collected from the two groups of subjects (the proprioception training group and the control group) to analyze their posture control ability. Results: After proprioceptive training, the static, dynamic posture stability and ankle muscle strength are significantly improved. Conclusion: Compared with traditional strength training, proprioceptive training has better rhythm and interest, and easier to carry out; proprioceptive training can better develop the stability of patients with functional ankle stability, significantly improve the regulation ability of proprioception and central nervous system, and enhance muscle strength, so as to improve the overall stability of the body.
