培养学生掌握体育学科核心素养的前提是教师自身要具备核心素养,因而构建体育教师核心素养非常关键。以美国阿肯色州为例,对该州体育教师核心素养进行探索,其研制背景包括国家政策的引导、课程改革的推动、教师成长的需要、州际教育的体制;其顶层设计理念体现为与国家标准的融合、州际基础要求与高阶素养的融合、对教师要求的多元化;其具有连接顶层指南与地方实践、实现职前职后发展一体化、激发专业发展内部动机和外在动力等功能;且体现了突出跨学科知识的整合与应用、重视体育教学技能的掌握、强调专业特质的内发和外显、凸显学科素养的基础性和特殊作用等特点。在此基础上,提出我国应做好体育教师核心素养顶层设计,构建层次清晰且内容具体的素养体系,重视教学技能在体育教师核心素养中的体现,重视与学生核心素养的对接。 |

The premise of cultivating students to master the key competencies of physical education is that teachers themselves should have their own key competencies. Therefore, it is very important to construct the key competencies of physical education teachers. Taking Arkansas as an example, this paper explores the key competencies of physical education teachers in the state. The research background includes the guidance of national policies, the promotion of curriculum reform, the needs of teachers’ growth, and the interstate education system. Its top-level design concept is embodied in the integration with national standards, the integration of interstate basic requirements and high-level competencies, and the diversification of teacher requirements. It has the function of connecting top-level guidance and local practice, realizing the integration of pre-service and post-service development, stimulating internal motivation and external motivation of professional development. It also embodies the characteristics of highlighting the integration and application of interdisciplinary knowledge, attaching importance to the mastery of physical education teaching skills, emphasizing the internal development and external performance of professional characteristics, and highlighting the basic and special role of subject competencies. On this basis, it is proposed that China should do a good job in the top-level design of the key competencies of physical education teachers, build a clear and specific competency system, attach importance to the embodiment of teaching skills in the key competencies of physical education teachers, and attach importance to the docking with the key competencies of students. |
