从体育产业与文化产业、旅游产业比较的视角,探寻体育产业成为国民经济支柱性产业的现实差距与实施策略。对照支柱性产业的标准,我国体育产业在产业规模、产业贡献、产业结构、市场主体、消费水平等方面还存在差距。基于此,提出体育产业成为国民经济支柱性产业的实施策略:从政策层面,完善体育产业政策体系,强化体育产业政策落实;从要素层面,推动空间要素和生产要素开放;从产业层面,健全现代体育产业体系,夯实体育产业发展基础;从市场层面,培育体育市场主体,加强体育市场监管;从消费层面,深挖体育消费潜力,打造体育消费载体。 |

Abstract: |
From the perspective of comparing sports industry with cultural industry and tourism industry, this paper explores the realistic gap and implementation strategy of sports industry becoming the pillar industry of national economy. Compared with the standards of pillar industries, there are still gaps in China’s sports industry in terms of industrial scale, industrial contribution, industrial structure, market subject and consumption level. Based on this, this paper puts forward the implementation strategy of sports industry becoming the pillar industry of national economy. From the policy level, we should improve the policy system of sports industry and strengthen the implementation of sports industry policy; from the factor level, we should promote the openness of spatial factors and production factors; from the industrial level, we should improve the modern sports industry system and consolidate the foundation for the development of the sports industry; from the market level, we should cultivate the main body of the sports market, and strengthen the supervision of the sports market; from the consumption level, we should dig deep into the potential of sports consumption and create a sports consumption carrier. |
