| 基于符号理论对健身运动的符号化过程进行分析。以步数记录为例，讨论健身运动符号化的产生逻辑及道德风险。体育符号化在人类文明之初就已体现，现代科技发展加速了健身运动的符号化进程。手机、手环等电子设备与健身运动的结合，方便了使用者对体育符号的读取，符号的价值评判成为运动参与的考量因素。健身运动符号化带来诸多道德风险：对健身运动符号的不当认知易导致体育本质的异化，以体育符号为中心的社会互动易产生越轨行为，商业对健身符号的塑造易引发攀比、炫耀等现象。健身运动的符号化呼唤更为有效的体育伦理教育，在尊重运动个性参与、发挥群体助力作用的同时，应强化体育符号的商业监管和认知引导。 |

| Step Record: the Generation Logic and Moral Hazard of Fitness Sports Symbolization |

| Based on the symbolic theory, the symbolic process of fitness exercise is analyzed. Taking the step record as an example, this paper discusses the generation logic and moral hazard of fitness sports symbolization. The symbolization of sports has been reflected at the beginning of human civilization, and the development of modern science and technology has accelerated the symbolization process of fitness. The combination of electronic devices such as mobile phones and smart bracelets with fitness exercises facilitates users’ reading of sports symbols, and the value judgment of symbols becomes a consideration factor for sports participation. The symbolization of fitness sports also brings many moral risks: improper cognition of fitness sports symbols can easily lead to the alienation of the nature of sports, social interaction centered on sports symbols can easily lead to deviant behavior, and the shaping of fitness symbols by business can easily lead to comparisons, flaunting and other phenomena. |
