| 帆船旅游是一种新兴的旅游业态，在国内迅猛发展的同时也伴随着各种安全事故的发生。通过实地调研法、层次分析法和模糊综合评价法，构建了包含6项一级指标和20项二级指标的帆船旅游安全风险评价指标体系，并以厦门五缘湾帆船项目为例，对其进行综合评价。从评价结果可知，该项目在船只和设备风险、船员技能和经验、管理和监督风险、游客素质和行为等维度存在较大风险。在此基础上，从设施设备、人员、游客三个角度提出改善建议，为帆船旅游的发展提供参考。 |

| Research on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Sailboat Tourism Safety Risk |

| Abstract: |
| Sailing tourism is a new form of tourism industry, which is developing rapidly in China and accompanied by various safety accidents. Through the field investigation method, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a sailboat tourism safety risk evaluation index system including 6 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators was constructed, and the Xiamen Wuyuan Bay sailboat project was taken as an example to comprehensively evaluate it. From the evaluation results, it can be seen that the project has great risks in the dimensions of ship and equipment risk, crew skills and experience, management and supervision risk, tourist quality and behavior. On this basis, suggestions for improvement are put forward from the perspectives of facilities and equipment, personnel factors and tourists, so as to provide reference value for the development of sailing tourism. |
