“双减”背景下体育师范生教育实习改革方案与效益解码

摘要:
教育实习改革的核心是如何提升教育教学能力。“双减”政策下学校体育教育的革新对体育教师提出了多方面的新要求,包括课堂变革能力、课后服务创新力、家庭体育指导沟通力、市场洞察力、线上资源使用力等。“双减”背景下家校社协同、校内外联动式的教育实习改革重塑了能力传导式的实习理念,形成了以量化为主,强调实习任务、过程和结果等全过程、完整性、表现性的教育实习评价。这一改革有助于解决“双减”落地的现实矛盾,整体提升“双减”成效;强化高校体育师资专业人才培养质量;提升全民健身和体育公共服务水平;引导个体专业发展与职业选择的多元化。“双减”政策下的教育实习改革是前瞻性的思考与实践,发挥着“牵一发而动全身”的教育变革效应。

Reform Plan and Benefit Decoding of Education Internship in PhysicalEducation Normal Students under the Background of “Double Reduction”

Abstract:
The core of the reform of educational practice is how to improve the teaching ability. Theinnovation of school physical education under the “double reduction” policy puts forward many newrequirements for physical education teachers, including classroom reform ability, after-school serviceinnovation ability, family sports guidance communication ability, market insight, online resource utilizationability and so on. Under the background of “double reduction”, the reform of educationalpractice of home-school-community coordination and internal and external linkage has reshaped theconcept of ability transmission, and formed the evaluation of educational practice which focuses onquantification and emphasizes the whole process, integrity and performance of practice tasks, processesand results. This reform helps to solve the practical contradiction of the implementation of “doublereduction” and improve the effectiveness of “double reduction” as a whole; strengthen the quality ofprofessional training of physical education teachers in colleges and universities; improve the level ofnational fitness and sports public services; guide the diversification of individual professional developmentand career choice. The reform of educational practice under the “double reduction” policy is aforward-looking thinking and practice, which plays an educational reform effect of “pulling one hairand moving the whole body”.
