| 摘要: |
| 运用文献资料法和调查法，在对当前“体教结合”几种主要形式进行梳理和对比的基础上，对“省队校办”的概念进行了理论解读，对其发展过程中的优势和困境进行了分析，并对如何解决当前竞技体育人才培养中一系列问题进行了思考。认为，省队校办是“体教结合”的一种新形式，有利于体育部门和教育部门实现双赢，但是还存在目标定位不明确等问题，特别是学训矛盾依然没能从根本上的到解决。竞技体育从以“冠军”为本位向以“人”为本位进行思想转变，或许才是解决我国体教脱离和竞技体育人才培养困境的唯一途径。 |

| The Interpretation and Enlightenment of the Provincial Sports Team Held by Universities |

| By means of literature, investigation method, this article combs and compares the main forms of cultivating competitive sports talents, which uses the training mode of “combination of sports and education”, makes theoretical interpretation of the concept of “provincial sports team held by universities”, analyzes its development advantages and difficulties, and analyzes the solutions of a series of problems in cultivating competitive sports talents. This paper shows that “provincial sports team held by universities” is a new form of “combination of sports and education”, which helps the sports sector and the education sector to achieve winwin situation. But the target is not clear, especially the contradictions between academic learning and physical training is not basically settled. Ideological transformation of competitive sports from championoriented to personoriented may be only way to solve the isolation of academic learning from physical training, and sportsmancultivating difficulties. |
