| 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对“50+1”政策在德国职业足球发展中的演进和影响进行分析。认为，该政策在德国职业足球发展中起到了保证联赛的高上座率、规避经营者的短期行为、促进联赛及俱乐部财政健康发展等有利作用，但也存在缺乏有效监控、不利于中小俱乐部招商引资等负面影响。借鉴“50+1”政策并结合我国国情，对我国职业足球发展提出建议。 |

| Exploration and Analysis of “50 + 1” Policy in German Football and Its Enlightenment to China |

| Abstract: |
| This article analyzes the evolution and influence of “50+1” policy in the development of professional football in Germany by means of literature and logical analysis. It is noted that this policy has played a positive role in guaranteeing high attendance, avoiding shortterm behavior of the operators, promoting the healthy development of the football league and clubs’ sound financial development. Meanwhile it hassome negative effects such as lack of effective monitoring, poor attraction of investment in small and mediumsized clubs. This article attempts to draw lessons from the “50+1” policy and combine it with the current conditions of football development in China, and based on the above, it tries to give some suggestionsfor China’s professional football development. |
