| 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，在国家高度重视校园足球和体育产业发展的政策背景下，思考二者协同发展的问题。指出，学校和家庭不重视、人才短缺、运营管理落后导致我国校园足球赛事开展困难，地皮资金紧张、建设不科学、运营效果差致使校园足球场地建设不足，师资培训重数量、轻质量，缺乏分类、不接地气，因而培训效果不佳。足球产业与校园足球协同发展是我国校园足球未来发展的趋势。要积极引入社会力量参与校园足球赛事的组织运营，实现企业与赛事的良性循环；要引入社会资本参与足球场地的建设运营，实现场地资源量的增长和优化配置；要依托社会机构开展足球师资培训，提高培训质量，实现师资共享。 |

| Path Analysis of Coordinated Development between Football Industry and Campus Football |

| By methods of literature and logic analysis, under the policy background of emphasizing the development of campus football and sports industry from Chinese government, the problems of their coordinated development are analyzed. It is pointed out that difficulties in the development of campus football matches in China are caused by poor emphasis from school and family, shortage of talents and backward operation management. The shortage of land funds, unscientific construction and poor operation results have resulted in insufficient construction of campus football field, teacher training with large quantity but poor quality, lack of classification and far from being down-to-earth, so the training effect is not good. The coordinated development of football industry and campus football is the trend of the development of campus football in China. Social forces should be actively introduced to participate in the organization and operation of campus football matches to realize the virtuous circle of enterprises and events, social capital should be introduced to participate in the construction and operation of football field to realize the growth and optimal allocation of the field resources, and the social institutions should be relied on to develop the training of football teachers to improve the quality of training and achieve teacher sharing. |
