运用瑞典Qualisys三维运动捕捉系统对11名优秀男子乒乓球运动员正手中远台拉冲和反手中远台拉冲的技术动作进行测试与分析。结果表明:正手中远台拉冲提高挥拍速度的主要环节在于转腰和挥大臂,其次为收前臂和甩腕;反手中远台拉冲提高挥拍速度的主要环节在于甩腕和伸肘,转腰的作用较小,其主流技术动作并没有充分发挥出转腰和挥大臂的作用;正手中远台拉冲之所以能获得较大的挥拍速度主要在于其肩部的转动(即转腰的发力)和挥大臂这两个环节明显优于反手;若反手中远台拉冲时稍向非持拍手侧引拍并适当加大肩背部的反转幅度,其在挥拍击球时能更充分地发挥转腰和挥大臂的作用,可以进一步提高反手中远台拉冲的击球质量。 |

Comparative Analysis of the Kinematics Characteristics of the Forehand and Backhand Loop Drive Technique at Mid far Court of Table Tennis |

Using Swedish Qualisys threedimensional motion capture system, the technical movements of 11 elite male table tennis players in forehand and backhand loop drive at midfar court are tested and analyzed. The results show that the main links to improve the swing speed are waistswinging and armswinging, followed by forearmwithdrawal and wristswinging. The main links to improve swing speed are wristswinging and elbowstretching. The role of waistswinging is small, and the mainschool technical movements of waistswinging and armswinging are not fully utilized. The main reason why forehand loop drive at midfar court can achieve greater swing speed is that shoulder rotation (i.e. the power of turning waist) and arm swing are obviously better than backhand. In backhand loop drive at midfar court, if the player pulls the racket slightly to the side of the nonracketholding hand and properly enlarges the reverse range of shoulder and back, it can play the role of waist rotation and arm swing more fully when swinging racket and stroke, which can further improve the quality of backhand loop drive at midfar court. |
