| 采用文献资料法和专家访谈法，基于社会融合视角，在简要回顾我国足球归化工作的基础上，分析归化球员社会融合的现实困境与突破路径。认为：当前我国足球归化工作和球员的社会融合面临着政策制度、经济、文化观念、身份认同等多重困境，未来应完善归化工作的政策法规与管理制度；做好本土人才培养工作，与归化球员社会融合协同共进；注重文化感召，加强满足归化球员需求的国际化公共服务建设；强化媒体宣传，履行社会责任，构建归化球员身份认同的良好环境。以提升归化球员在中国的社会适应能力与自我发展能力，促进社会和谐发展，推动足球强国建设。 |

| The Realistic Dilemma and Breakthrough Path of Social Integration of Chinese Football Naturalized Players |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the perspective of social integration, this paper briefly reviews the work of football naturalization in China and analyzes the realistic dilemma and breakthrough path of social integration of naturalized players using the methods of literature review and expert interview. At present, the naturalization work and the social integration of football players are faced with multiple dilemmas, such as policy system, economy, cultural concept and identity. In the future, we should improve the policies, regulations and management system of naturalization, do a good job in local talent training and cooperate with the social integration of naturalized players. And we also should pay attention to cultural inspiration, strengthen the construction of international public service to meet the needs of naturalized players, enhance media publicity and fulfill social responsibility so as to build a good environment for naturalized players’ identity. The purpose is to improve the social adaptability and selfdevelopment ability of naturalized players in China, and promote the harmonious development of society and the construction of football power. |
