| 中超联赛职业裁判制度是中超联赛发展到一定程度的产物，不仅符合中超联赛的职业化趋势，而且可以提升本土裁判员的执裁能力，能够满足裁判员的各层次需求。尽管中超联赛职业裁判制度的发展取得了一定成果，但仍然面临亟待突破的发展困境，如裁判培养体系不成熟，对裁判员的支持与保障不足，职业裁判工作对外发布机制流于表面且不畅通等。认为，应通过直接培养、对外交流、延伸至助理裁判层面等手段，优化健全职业裁判的培养与培训体系；通过改革评价手段、建立管理组织等手段，为职业裁判提供支持与保障；借助CBA和国外经验，健全中超联赛裁判工作对外发布机制。旨在为提升中超联赛职业裁判制度效力提供借鉴。 |

| Development Value, Dilemmas and Countermeasures of the Professional Referee System in China Football Association Super League |

| The professional referee system of China Football Association Super League (CSL) is the product of the development of CSL to a certain extent, which not only conforms to professionalism trend of CSL, but also can enhance the judgment ability of local referees and meet the needs of referees at all levels.Although the development of the professional referee system of CSL has achieved certain results, it still faces development dilemmas of immature referee training system, insufficient support and guarantee for referees, and superficial and poor external release mechanism of professional referee work, which need to be broken through urgently. Firstly, methods, such asdirect training, international communication and extendingtraining system to assistant referees should be taken to improve the system of professional referee cultivation and training. Secondly, in order to provide support and guarantee for professional referees, evaluation methods reform and management organizations establishment areneeded. Thirdly, it is CBA and foreign experience that help us to improve theexternal release mechanism of CSL referee work.The purpose is to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of the professional referee system of CSL. |
