| 中国式现代化赋予了新时代全民健身事业更高的使命担当和新的价值导向。采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，基于中国式现代化的特征，分别阐释推进全民健身高质量发展的时代诉求，深入剖析当前全民健身发展的现实困境，包括全民健身公共服务供需矛盾仍需化解、全民健身与全民健康深度融合亟待增强、全民健身体制机制尚需健全。认为，中国式现代化进程中全民健身高质量发展需要补齐短板，实现全民健身供给标准化、均等化发展；主动健康，朝着全民健身融合化、生活化方向迈进；提质增效，助推全民健身智慧化、数字化革新；多元协同，促进全民健身治理能力和治理水平现代化转型。 |

| Chinese-style modernization has given a higher mission and new value orientation to the national fitness cause in the new era. Using the methods of literature and logical analysis, based on the characteristics of Chinese-style modernization, this paper explains the demands of the times to promote the high-quality development of national fitness, and deeply analyzes the realistic dilemma of the current national fitness development, including the contradiction between supply and demand of national fitness public services still needs to be resolved, the deep integration of national fitness and national health needs to be strengthened, and the national fitness system and mechanism still need to be improved. It is believed that the high-quality development of national fitness in the process of Chinese-style modernization needs to make up for the shortcomings and realize the standardization and equalization of national fitness supply; people should be healthy actively, heading towards the direction of national fitness integration and life; we should improve quality and efficiency, and promote the intelligent and digital innovation of national fitness; we should promote modernization transformation of national fitness governance ability and governance level by multiple coordination. |
